Tammi's Perspective
"I believe that the therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance."
Trust and a sense of camaraderie are necessary components of any relationship, including that of a the therapist and client. Little change will happen if the client isn't aware that there are issues that need to be addressed.

"I treat the person, NOT the disorder."
Every human being is on this earth having a unique experience; therefore, their therapy must be individualized. For this reason, Tammi uses many interventions and therapeutic tools which are tailored to the client.
"I use 'mindfulness' to encourage the client to live in the now."
This will help the client become aware of their thought patterns.
"I also believe in the law of attraction."
Tammi uses that as the basis of her work.
